Avantco 100 cup urn for Bottling

I purchased an Avantco 110 Cup Urn Stainless Steel 1650 watts, off of Ebay . my digital thermometer (30$) reads 195-197 at end of brew cycle. I filled half pint sugar hill jug and temp read 188=190 going into bottle. This urn cost me $29.99 with 10$ shipping. I had urn filled with 30 cups. urn sat on "keep warm" for 20 minutes. I filled bottle at end of fill... temp was 187 stayed at 182 for a minute and 180 for 2 minutes. Not a bad investment for bottling my Gold.
