The valve is 3/4" with a 20mm diameter flow bore. The temperature probe is adjustable and the entire unit can handle temperatures up to 250 degrees fahrenheit.
It comes in two models; with the control box and solenoid valve powered by 120vac or 12vdc. Both are the same price.
All you have to do to operate it, is press the green button; it will stop when syrup reaches the probe. It can also stop if you press the red button, for whatever reason someone might need to. It also dissipates heat quite well.
You can either order one here (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=bl_sr_miscellaneous?ie=UTF8&search-alias=aps&field-keywords=Buck+Hollow+Maple) through Amazon ($300), or by contacting me through this website for the MapleTrader discount ($250, and I do ship).
Other comparable products cost upwards from $400 to $1,300. They all do the same thing, though. The only reason why this system is the cheapest is because I do all the designing and programming myself.
