Purchased a 330 gallon tote, need a advise on what to clean it with

Hello everyone, I am brand new to maple syruping. I purchased a 330 gallon tote, one that needs to be cleaned and sterilized. The seller told me it had vitamins in it, and it was a food grade container. She also said she sells lots lot them to maple syrupers. My question is what should I wash it out with, that won't taint my sap.

What type of ratio or mixture of water and peroxide? Anyone else have any other suggestions.
