Hi All,
My name is Anthony and I am new to the forum, I have been making my own syrup for about 7 years now and have done small upgrades every year to get to where I am now. This year I am building a new Arch as the current arch I use is simply an old modified oil tank. Last year I built two new pans out of 22 Gauge Stainless, a 2'-0" x 1'-6" finish pan and a 2'-0" x 2'-8" Back pan.
I was wondering about adding a third pan behind the back pan to add more surface area to hopefully increase production a bit. The new back pan would have four channels. Does anybody see a problem with adding a third pan and piping it with two 90 degree elbows into my existing back pan? I just want to figure out all this before I build my new arch.
I posted a picture of my current pans below.
Thanks in advance for the help!
