cleaning ss kegs

I will be using ss soda kegs for the first time this season. How do others clean bbls/kegs before using? Do you steam clean? If yes, what kind of steam rig do you use? OR do you wash with very hot water?

I use very hot water, at least 190 degrees and then sanitize with a brewery sanitizer called Star San, which I get from North Country Malt in Champlain, NY. This is a cleaner/sanitizer that does not have to be rinsed afterwards if mixed in the 300ppm that the instructions call for. It is USDA approved and used in the dairy and brewery industries.
