We were going to tap this weekend – March 1 and second but put the tap off until next weekend. Long-range forecasts continue to call for colder than normal temps.last year we tapped on last day of February and still were a week to early. These seasons seem to run later and later in the spring. In a few years we will be making syrup in April.
