There is no gravity in Natick. Next time I plan to boil upside-down.

Finished about 1.5 gallons Cowboy Syrup on Sunday. What is "Cowboy Syrup," you ask? No filtration whatsoever.

Pulled taps today, wrap it up on a good note. Last boil today and finish tomorrow.
