I am looking for a coffee urn style valve that has 1/2" female pipe threads for my water jacket bottler or anything better than a ball valve, any help appreciated!

I got mine at Grainger a few years back, but I can't find it on their site, now. Here are a couple others:

It's worth calling before ordering because not all replacement spigots are npt. I remember when I got mine from Grainger there were a few and the one I got specifically stated male npt.

Yes you have to check, my wilbur curtis uses a straight thread with a jam nut.

Quite a few of these valves are the same thread as a garden hose. Brass (OMG!) adapters to NPT are available at the hardware store in the hose section.
