So I'm getting nervous. I wanted to be completely set-up by right now, but with all this cold weather its pushing me later and later. I have about 65 saddles to install. How cold is to cold to install these saddles? Its suppose to be a high of 5 today, is that to cold? I'm nervous about the rubber gasket ripping with it being so cold. Or will I not get a good seal with it being so cold?

They should be fine you might have to use a little more strength to get them all the way tight. I installed about fifty Lapierre super saddles the other day it was 15. The only problem I had was knocking the ice off the mainline.

Only problem I have installing saddles in this weather is getting cold fingers while trying to get the gasket in place.

I've installed all of my 75,000 ft. of tubing, including saddles, in the last three winters. Many days were below zero. I've yet to have a leaking saddle. By the way, I'm a sucker for punishment.
