Their website is gone. I didn't have a chance to call them today at work. I just called and got their answering machine which is a good sign I guess?

They are alive and well, I was there Saturday sold some bulk and bough some jugs and other supplies. I suspect they just had a website glitch

Just called Bascoms cause the site is still down. PLaced my order and asked her about the site. She typed it into her browser and it came up fine. I'm not a computer geek. she said it might be my provider or server? Can someone else Try to go to Bascoms site and let me know how you make out? Thanks in advance.

The Bascom website appears to be working fine. Before you call your ISP (internet service provider) for help.....

1. Go to the Bascom webpage that you're having trouble with....and try "refreshing" the page in Internet Explorer by pressing the F5 key or by clicking on "View", "Refresh". This forces it to try to reload the page from the internet as opposed to looking on your hard drive first for a stored copy of the page.

2. If that doesn't work, in Internet Explorer, clear your Internet cache by going to "Tools", "Delete Browsing History" and then checking the "Temporary Internet Files...." box (leave the others unchecked) and clicking on "Delete". This ensures that there aren't any files sitting on your hard drive that are causing a problem.

If you're still having trouble, call your ISP.

I've narrowed it down a bit. It's just really odd that it takes me to the domain hosting site for Bascoms. It has to be something with my router or service provider. Tried deleting history and cookies on the computer, used three different browsers. But it is the same thing on my phone. Just never experienced anything like this before. Thanks everyone for your help so far.

Anyone else notice the Bascom site will no longer let you place an order without credit card payment? It used to let you do so then they would deduct it from your account balance. Is there a option to click that im missing? Kinda frustrating when i have a fair bit on my account there but cant use the convenience of the website it seems
