What do you think about having a little like 1,2lbs of left over honey in the tank or just let it mix in my first batch? Totes are food grade used one time positive on this one time honey use delivered to big bakery?

HOney is very temp sensitive and will burnat the temps we boil and finish at. Rinse out with hot water for an easy clean up.

I used several for sap collection and storage form Kellogg's (contained frucalose). Sugar cleans up easily with hot water and totes rinse out well. Good luck!

I would not there are people that are allergic to honey. In our bakery we don't use honey in some products.

In VT in would not be legal to sell. It would be considered adulterated.
