Glenn - Check out the Site pictures. Many of the hobby maple syrup makers (I'm one of them) use 250 gallon fuel oil tanks for our arches and a resting place for our evaporator pans. Both Batch and Continuous Flow setups. We all have different ideas - so - check out the pictures and see what appeals to You. Don't be bashful about asking questions.
