1 pipe- 18" in diameter will work fine. I assume by the width, this is just covering a flue pan?

[QUOTE=Cameron Duke; I don't need anyone to guess... i can do that just fine.[/QUOTE]. Lol That sounds like something I would say, then my wife would call me some nasty names.
In Bascom's latest printed catalog, they have a page on steam hoods that lists all the standard sizes available for what I believe is Leader Hoods. The 4x10 is listed to have an 18" thimble.

My 5x8 has an 18" stack and a second for the syrup pan...roughly the same cubic feet for yours...

My 3x8 arch has 2 stacks, each 15", one for the 3x5 flue pan and one for the 3x3 syrup pan. I do have a damper on the flue stack, not on the syrup stack. Maybe Thor over engineered it, but I like the way it works. I think I'd tend to go 20" or even 22".
