Any opinions and ideas for repairing this would be very much appreciated

This is a 3 1/2 x 10 D&G drop flu pan, with a square tube ss drain soldered to each flue. It has been frozen, and broke several of the joints. There are some ugly previous repair attempts.
Would it be best to just try to clean it up and resolder the cracks, or i was considering melting all the solder off and having it tig welded back on, or using a new piece of material for the drain tube, maybe round pipe??
I'd like to hear any ideas out there, thanks, Mike
