Good Morning,
I am a first year maple addict. I built a 10x16 sugar shack and am now making my "evaporator". I will have 50 taps this year and plan on expanding for next season with a 2x5 or 2x6 arch . Anyway, to get me started this year is it okay to use a 4x8x12 concrete blocks for firebrick over blanket for this season? i will be running AUF. I have 3 pans on top and will be batch boiling. Thanks Guys an Gals
