maple uses recipe book

I would be interested in finding a recipe book on what all can be made with maple syrup, is there any such thing out there ?

Sure there is you can look @ www.mapleguys.com www.bascommaple.com under books and other sites as well and I am sure an amazon search will have results.

I have several books I bought at Bascoms. Most of the State maple associations have maple recipe books for sale. You can also go on Food Network website and ask for maple recipes you will have 100's of hits. Good Luck Lee

I am becoming very fond of Teresa Marrone books. She came out with a new one on maple. Try to find it at your library and try it out for size.

Vermont Sugarmakers assoc. has 2 recipe books out and the Vermont Maple Festival also has a couple out. The state books retail for a buck each, and maple festival books are 10-15 dollars.
