OK , I was almost set to order parts for a 2post xl 4040 . I then saw a utube video by Steve child's at Cornell which shows him with a 8x40 used membrane and saying that it can process 300gals per hr. This sparked my interest because I think I can get slightly used 8x40s. I also have a 70 gal per min. pump and a filter. I was thinking about adding a 330gph procon to a 1hp motor . Turn on off manually for now as he does in video. Can this work? Looking forward to your thoughts.
