We are considering using 3/16 tubing to improve and prior gravity vacuum attempt with the 3/8 tubing.
Any idea's how to convert the tubing tool to grab a smaller diameter tube?
Or is this simple yet more expensive answer to purchase a new tool and the old tool becomes an ornament ?
Thanks

I took angle grinder and ground down my 5/16 2 handed tubing tool and one of my 1 handed tools also so I can use it for both 3/16 and 5/16 and works good for both. Leader has 2 handed tool for around $ 140 and it works great and I have used mine for prob 10 years.

Or as originally suggested by Tim W., you can just build up the inner areas with a masking tape so you could use it later for 5/16.

There was another thread recently where a guy had a great idea. Take a piece of 5/16 tubing a few inches long and cut a stip out of it lengthwise. You can then snap that onto the 3/16 and clamp the tool down on the 5/16 piece of tubing.
