I was wondering if anyone out there has one of these and could give me the directions posted on it for concentration, rinsing, and washing. I purchased a used one and they had the procedure written on paper and stuck to the front but they are slightly mangled and I can not read everything. I also did not get a book due to it being used.

I would just like to make sure that I am running it correct and don't want to ruin machine or let any sugar pass, etc.

I would also like to know what the two flow meters on the front should be running at during concentration.
