I am curious what people are doing to keep the outside of their pans clean as I have tried various things but have never been really satisfied with the look. I know some of you have pans that really shine and I am wondering if you have any tips/techniques to share.

thanks in advance.

If you are talking about the sides, I just wipe mine down frequently with a paper towel, if you mean the bottoms, they get brushed each day and pressure washed every summer. For the sides, I just use water, and wet the towel, the pans are hot, so it is warm almost instantly. I do it every 18-27 minutes as I do my walk around after fueling on an 9 minute cycle. If I am busy moving syrup (I pump it from my draw tank to my finisher) the pans don't get wiped that cycle.
