I'm hooked!

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Rob and I'm in NB Canada. I tapped a few trees in the yard last spring with my kids which gave almost 40L of sap in two days and a final product of nearly 1.6L of syrup. Now I'm hooked....picking up an oil tank for an arch this week and trying to figure out how to make a pan without alerting the financial planner of the family ;-)

Good luck! Get her involved, it works out better that way. Besides, when you grow into the largest producer in New Brunswick, she will certainly be involved.

Doubtful I will ever be the biggest ;-) I may be wrong but I think we have one producer in northern NB with 150,000 taps or so..? Again, I think not "know"
