Going to make some hot pepper relish with maple sugar today. I also found an interesting apple pie jam recipe I want to try with maple sugar as well.

13 plus pints of relish. Not too hot, just right.

Made apple pie jam yesterday. It seems that there is a slight difference in the final volume with maple sugar. The batch with white sugar made a little more than 8 half pints but the maple sugar came out to just over 10. Waiting to see if the set time is different.
