Leybold D60 Trivac needs a gas motor

Just got a D60 and left the motor that was three phase and couldn't use anyway. The motor only was rated around 1100 RPM and was 2 hp. Any thoughts on how to fit the proper gas engine on it? How do you calibrate your rpm?
