just a quick update on the workshop line up for the NH Maple school, which comes up next weekend on Saturday the 18th in Tilton, NH.

Have a new presenter for the cream and candy sessions - Foot Stetsons from Stetsons Maple Farm

Also we unintentionally left of the workshop "Bottling BMPs" with Bill Laport of Artisan Printing of Vt.

Also we have added a session entitled "High concentration of maple sap & membrane care & maintenance" presented by JF Goulet from Lapierre.

just a reminder that tomorrow is the deadline for signing up for the NH Maple school if you want to reserve a lunch.

we will be taking registration at the door that day, just no guarantee for lunch.

also the keynote speaker is going to be Jennifer Gornert from the New Hampshire Department of Agriculture, Markets and Food, discussing the transition to the new maple rules.
