Pan builders in Ontario

I have came across and old Waterloo arch in nice condition but it needs new pans. Does anyone know someone in Ontario that builds pans including flue pans? Trying to source somebody local if I can - the big guys charge large.

where abouts are you cause thers a local machine shop that builds food grade stuff for ketchup plants and suff. one of the guys that used to work there told me he once built a large flat pan some where in the range of 6x10 i think. the people that work there are quite knolega le.
