I was just over on the "other" site looking at the ads in the classifieds. Has anyone tried these maple mini candy yet? I would like to try some but before I order any it would be nice to see if anyone has tried them and if they are good. Just for personal use myself but see they can be bought and packaged in bulk to sell at your sugarshack. Not sure if its appropriate to or not but here is the ad to what Im talking about. http://www.sugarbush.info/forsale/showproduct.php?product=439&title=maple-mini-27s&cat=5

I know I'm new to this maple stuff but I see he replied saying these are not 100%. Tubing and boiling I feel I'm pretty up to date on, but can u really market a product that's not
100% maple?? I guess I really know nothing about confections and candy

so curiousity got the best of me and I just had to try these things. I have to say I've had the maple leaf hard candies and these things are much much better than those. They seem to have a clean, crisp, true maple taste!!! I'm addicted, and will have to keep getting them, just to let you guys know. I also asked how many I can order and I was told no quantity is too big...actually he told me he had over 600 lbs ready for shipment right now!!!!! WOW!

Maple Cotton candy is only about 25-30% maple the rest white cane sugar. Sells better than the pink and blue stuff.

Yes you can sell things labeled maple that include other ingredients so long as you don't label them pure maple. Maple coated peanuts, maple coated popcorn, maple jelly, etc. are all popular products. You can list pure maple syrup as an ingredient and you can call them maple whatever, you just can't call them pure like we do for pure maple candy, cream and sugar.
