Hi! At the end of the season, I always take what's left in the syrup pan and make candy. I tend to get a little lazy at the end of the season, and instead of molds I just pour the syrup into cookie sheets when it's ready. Now, I have about 4 1-gallon baggies full of soft(ish) sugar chunks. I've tried storing it in baggies, but the moisture gets to it after several weeks. Any ideas on how to store this longer?

Thanks!

I store mine in freezer bulk and bagged for retail. Works fine. Some is in there for a couple months
