Between boils, sap in the evaporator.?

Boiled last night, 34* out when I went to bed, it's 44* out today and looks like I won't have enough to boil tonight. The sap in the evapoartor is 70* now. Will it be fine until I have enough to boil tomorrow night? It's 2x6. Supposed to freeze tonight and 34 tomorrow. How long will it last?

It will be fine for 2 or 3 days anyway. Probably 4 or 5 at that temp as it is already pasteurized good.
