NASS Dept. of Ag maple survey issues

greetings all - just got in the mail my 2014 USDA Nat. office of Ag statistics maple survey for 2014. I have done the survey in the past online. just tried to do that - and recieved a notice that I had an invalid survey code. after triple checking the code, I called the 800 number and found out that they have a problem with the dates the survey is "open". They are working on a fix and are asking folks to wait a day or two before trying again.

Could you post that 800 number? I have never filled out that report, but probably should.
