First good boil on new arch !!

Well, finally got to get a good boil in last night. Had to remove the tarp overhead due to condensation. Realized my shop-vac blower doesn't help much. Not sure but guessing I boiled around 12 GPH minimum on the homemade 2 x4 arch. Sap is finally here for me and looks like a few days in a row I will be boiling. Stack temps with pallet wood was over 1000 degrees.

We are boiling again today as well. I'm over on Manitoulin. Good run yesterday and still flowing this morning. Caught me by surprise.
