Looking to up size from my 2x6 and looking for advice.
My current 2x6 does a realistic gph of 45-50.
A buddy has a 3x8 that does 75gph, not a big upgrade really.
I got prices on sunrise and am seriously considering going new.
What should I expect in gph with say 2.5x8, 3x8,or3x10?
Thinking wood fired forced draft raised flue.
I have the figures for sunrise and am looking for CDL and lapierre #'s
Thanks in advance

I upgraded from a Leader 2x6 to a 3 x 10 D&G , it was a huge difference , it would eat up 300 gallons like it wasn't there , I am extremely happy with my purchase . I checked out the dealers you mentioned and it came down to money. D&G gave me a really good price, and the other factor was delivery time. Another company couldn't deliver until May of this year, and I was ordering last October , just something to think about . There customer service has been fantastic , hope this helps ,Al

Honestly I had not thought about D&G. Gonna call them tomorrow for prices too.
I ran about 1100 taps with 750 on vac this yr. I run my sap at 10-12%. Hopefully I can get my vac more consistent and not have to concentrate so high and still boil less.
