Cleaning up Qs

I officially pulled all my taps last week. I have a couple questions about cleaning everything up for next year.
What is the recommended dilution rate for bleach to clean buckets with?
I have already read opinions on reusing spiles so I won't ask about that but my setup had tubing running from the spile to the bucket on the ground. Like this:

Is it okay to reuse that tubing? If so, what is the best way to clean it?

I used to use 5% or buckets but I've reduced that ratio quite a bit. Probably down to 2%. Rinse Well.

Probably 1/2 of my tubing is 25 years old LOL. While there appears to be some benefit from replacing spouts annually and drops every 2 years, mine is too far up in the woods and I usually have enough sap anyway.

I rinse mine well with straight water, but for your setup, I would use hot water. Of possible wash w/ 5% chlorox (unscented) then rinse well
