This is my second year boiling sap and decide to upgrade from the turkey fryers. Built this rig drop flue pan and all in a week and a half. Started boiling on it the same day. Pretty surprised how well it turned out.9600

75 taps. 11.5 gallons:) on new homemade evaporator.

Thanks Maplerookie, needs paint and some tweaking but that is going to have to wait. Also has AUF from the back which worked great.
