I have a 3/4 hp airablo vac pump and need to change the oil. Anyone using the vac pump oil from tractor supply?
No I have never used their oil but CDL sells buckets for $75.00. I just bought 4 a few weeks ago.

I picked up 2 gallons and put it in today. The pump has run all day with no issue. I don't notice any difference in running temps, but it seems like it is running quieter.

works good in my surge, don't see why it couldn't work in there, same style pump. I like that its blue too, so you know its different from other oils. especially when you drain your reclaimer into motor oil bottles....

There oil is very good. It is also sold thru some Surge/Westfalia dealers. Looks like delaval oil also. Doesn't foam so water separates fast and easy. Wish it was a little thicker as it is very thin when working but easy to start a cold pump if you need. Tore down a pu,mp that ran this a season and it was nice an clean inside but not good for rust inhibitoing over summer. 8 of 10 stars.
