thought i boiled my last good sap today. but tonight, i checked the tank and there is 60 new fresh gallons in the tank from an 8 hour run. and its still going. lookls like i need to cook again tomorrow.

went down again this afternoon and there was 75 more gallons. i may surpass last seasons totals. i was happy just to be close to last season, now its all a bonus.
