Cleaning the outside of the evaporator

One quick question, what do you guys use to clean the outside of your evaporator to get a good shine?

I just use water in a spray bottle and paper towels. Our pans are annealed stainless

The mirrored finish is pretty but I new mine wouldn't last. I wetted the surface and used the bar tenders friend. Brings most of the shine back but left fine scratches. I had a lot of heavy suet due to improper gasket. Cleaned the bottom to a shine as well.
