Boiled for the first time in the Maple Chalet. Didn't make much, but a good time none the less.
Got the 35 gallon feeder tank mounted and a valve from the preheater pan to the main pan now.
Still just waiting for a real run. Oh and in the off season, this little rig doubles as a smoker and charcoal grill
