Hi,
This is our second year running a Lap. Junior 200 gph. RO (still learning lots)
I would be interested in hearing people's opinions about how they clean up after using their unit, when they do a chemical wash, etc, etc
Here's what we currently do
After running the system
1 - flush filtrate through system, pushing any remaining concentrate to tank for approx. 2 minutes.
Depending on when we're going to RO again we either do
2-a flush & drain all the filtrate we just created through the membranes
or
2-b closed loop wash of filtrate until temp hits 43 and then flush & drain the remainder of the filtrate through.
And we do a chemical wash every 48? hours of use.
Does any of that sound right? I'd like to hear what others do. (And I'm open to criticism)
