Ron has been boiling since about 8 a.m. down to about 40 gallons right now. Trying to convince him to quit for the night. Had company stop by to pick up some fresh bottled syrup
All dark amber this year with a heavy maple taste. Just the way everyone likes it. About half of what we made last year. Has stayed around 2%. Looks like the final year for our set up here. No one to take over so we're getting a smaller place near my family. Good luck everyone.
