Putting the finishing touches on a new build for a 3x5 arch. Was thinking of putting door on the side of the firebox rather than the front. My firebox is wider than deeper so it would be a little easier getting longer pieces in the stove. My pan also has the drain on the front center. Would there be any problem with using a side door? I just have holes for a damper on the door right now, no blower or anything. Thoughts?
