Maple syrup seems to top this list mostly based on information on this San Francisco article citing climate change:

I have to say that I disagree for a number of reason, among them the fact that maple is produced in Virginia and Tennessee so it should be able to be produced north of there for a long time to come. Then there's potential changes in production methods to add to the mix.
