Does anyone have a step by step plan for building an RO? I and my buddy would like to attempt building a homemade one. Any info or directions would be great.
Thanks, -kacey-

This guy has a pretty good one. I made one this year and it works beautifully!

That is pretty cool but a tad small for me also I would need to be able to process 200 gl a day.

100 gallons per hour? You're going to need an industrial setup for such a thing... I see there are prefab systems of that capacity for about $3000. Membranes alone at that capacity run $250-350 each.
The home made rig above can process about 120 or so gallons per day if you use 150GPD RO membranes... Might be able to push 200GPD if one were to use larger membranes.
