Pan with Dividers

If you have two pans that are equal in size, how much faster will it evaporate if the pan has dividers? Example - 2x4 flat versus 2x4 with 2 or 3 dividers. How much more could I do per hour with the dividers?

I believe that the adding dividers will not change the evaporation rate. The dividers are used to keep a "gradient" between the raw sap flowing in and the syrup flowing out at the other end of the evaporator.
