I thought 2 days ago was the day, but today is the day. It started out cold and I figured little to no sap. By the late afternoon I had collected 2800 gallons of sap from 1500 taps and one double releaser was dumping every 90 seconds. My sugarbush at home yielded 802 gallons of sap from 400 taps.

Wow great results, congratulations bats. How many acres are the 1500 taps on? Seems like a sizable piece of forest. Good luck for the rest of the season.

3 separate bushes, the largest is 1000 taps on 48 acres.
