XLE Passing Sugar

[Flat Lander Sugaring]

I have 2 brand new XLE and Im getting 2.0 in permeate and my older one I am getting 1.3. None of them have frozen I know this for a fact.

I just put in 3 new XLE's and having the same problem my permemate is at 2.1%. Has anyone given you any ideas?

If tour unit is home made like mine in the center of the black caps where the membrane seals there are at least one if not two 1/2" o rings. If you didn't lube the tit on membrane and o ring before setting them in you most likely pushed the o rings out of there seats and that's why you are passing sugar. That's what happened to me.
