Well got the first gallon of the season tonight, Boiled down about 38 gallons of sap to get that gallon, man it's scary when the hydrometer says it's not there yet and the temp is 221,used my new coffee urn to bottle man that works nice. So now it's two gallons to go, The goal is in site, now if the temps and trees would just help a little.
