(vessles are vertical)then comming out the other center hole i put my neddle vauvle?or is this backwards, then i plug one of the offset holes and plumb the other as a permeate line?then does it matter if raw sap goes in at top or bottom? thanks for any help

center holes are for your permeate or water discharge. plug off one center hole and water will come out the other. Offset holes are for the sap feed and concentrate discharge. It doesn't matter which offset hole is feed or discharge hole. The membrane will have a rubber u-seal on one end, this needs to be placed toward the feed end to direct sap flow through the membrane and not around the outer shell.
