Made just over 3 gallons of medium amber yesterday, wish the sap flow was more in our favor...does anyone boil down their ice that forms in buckets? I usually cast it aside

if it is a skim coating of ice I pitch it. if it is thick I save it. if it is going to get really warm I leave it in the bucket and often move the bucket to a tap that will have more sun. ( trying to keep the sap colder longer) if not I put it in the barrel
