Sapsicle!!

Saw this today on about 10 of my buckets....it never got above 26 yesterday, but that didnt seem to stop these trees from wanting to run :-)

Overall I had a decent weekend, boiled close to 50 gallons. Got my filtering problem rectified...and came out with some nice looking syrup!

Went to the Maple guys and bought a felt filter and prefilters.
