Auto-Draw off

I'm thinking of getting an auto-draw off for my 2x8 wood fired unit. Any pro's or con's on it or just your opion on doing so.

The new draw offs are far better than the ones like the cholette style of yesterday. The newest ones compensate for the change in barometric pressure. I have a marcland and I'm very happy with it. Mine has a high temp and low level alarms built in also. The way I look at it if it keeps you from burning your syrup pan it will pay for itself. There was a post about a week ago that also made reference to another brand.
